FRANK K. DALE, ATTORNEY
Mr. Dale, who brings 34 years of law practice to Maury County, has been with this firm since 1987. After graduating from Davidson College in 1977 and receiving his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1980, Mr. Dale began practicing with Shelton, Lawwell & DuBois in Columbia, TN. Primary areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, and probate matters. Mr. Dale chose to remain in his home town and continue a family presence in Maury County since the founding of the county.
WILLIAM A. GRAHAM, OF COUNSEL
Mr. Graham, who brings 34 years of law practice to Maury County, has been with this firm since 1987. After graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1968, Mr. Graham served as an officer in the United States Navy before joining Union Planters Bank 1972. While working for Union Planters, Mr. Graham earned his law degree from Memphis State University in 1979. Mr. Graham then returned to Maury County and began his law practice with Shelton, Lawwell & DuBois in 1980. Primary areas of practice included real estate, domestic relations and estates as well as general practice.
THOMAS M. HUTTO, ATTORNEY
Mr. Hutto graduated with a B.S. in Geology from Sewanee: The University of the South in 1998 and received his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2012. Joining the firm as an associate in 2013, Mr. Hutto primarily practices in real estate, landlord-tenant law, estate planning, trusts, wills, will contests, probate, and business and corporate formation. Mr. Hutto also provides general counsel advice and services to non-profits, start-ups, and small businesses including corporate formation and required annual filings.
Bevin W. Lyle, ATTORNEY
Mrs. Lyle graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2011 and studied law at the University of Alabama receiving her law degree in 2013. A Maury County native, she joined the firm in 2017 and is primarily practicing real estate law, estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and business and corporate formation. Mrs. Lyle is also a Rule 31 Mediator for both Civil and Family matters.
T. EDWARD LAWWELL
Mr. Lawwell practiced law in Maury County for over fifty years after his graduation from Vanderbilt University law school in 1961 and is now retired. He continues to visit the office offering his wisdom and humor to the firm.
